Brain Boost Smoothie
This Brain Boost Smoothie is delicious, easy to make, and packed with brain-healthy flavonoids, vitamins E and K, folate, and curcumin.
Ingredients:

½ cup chopped fresh spinach

½ cup chopped fresh kale

1 orange
-
½ cup frozen raspberries
-
1 small banana
-
½ cup chopped carrot
-
1 tablespoon of hemp or chia seeds
-
1 teaspoon turmeric
-
1 teaspoon vanilla (optional)

1/2 cup water or ice (for consistency)
Instructions:

Chop fresh spinach into small pieces and add to blender.

Chop fresh kale into small pieces and add to blender.

Peel one orange and cut in half. Place the orange halves into blender.

Add frozen raspberries to your blender.

Chop a small banana into 4 pieces. Place the pieces in the blender.

Peel and chop a fresh carrot into 6 pieces. Add the carrot pieces to your blender.

Add hemp or chia seeds to the blender.

Add turmeric to the blender.

Add vanilla extract (for flavor, optional).

Add the water or ice.

Put the lid on your blender, and blend on high until smooth.
