Alzheimer's Disease Research, a BrightFocus Foundation program, is partnering with IQVIA™, a healthcare research firm, who is currently conducting a research project with active caregivers of individuals ages 50 – 85 who have been diagnosed with dementia-related apathy by a healthcare provider. If you currently spend more than 10 hours a week providing care for a person with dementia-related apathy, you may be eligible.
The research will involve participating in two telephone interviews:
-
The first interview will last about 60 minutes. In appreciation of your time, IQVIA is offering a $125 stipend.
-
The second interview will last about 90 minutes, and you will need access to an internet-enabled computer or tablet. To thank you for your time, IQVIA is offering a $175 stipend.
The research will focus on understanding the experience of people with dementia-related apathy, how it presents and how it impacts their lives, from your perspective as their caregiver. This research may help improve how the patient experience is accounted for in clinical trials for new treatments.
Interviews are currently being scheduled and we have a range of different time slots to fit your schedule.
