Dale Young serves as the chairman and CEO of Summit Financial Group. Under his leadership, Summit has grown to include more than 30 integrated professional entities, forming the Summit Consolidated Group. These companies deliver a wide range of solutions for risk management, employee benefits, insurance, and investments with offices across the country. Committed to service, Dale is the chairman of the Texas Business Leadership Council and on the Pension Committee for Methodist Health Systems of Dallas. Past board service includes time with the Texas Association of Business, the Texas Can Academy, and a number of other for-profit and not-for-profit boards.
