BrightFocus Foundation’s National Glaucoma Research program supports innovative science advancing prevention, earlier detection, treatments, and ultimately a cure for glaucoma. In 2026, the program awarded $2.3 million in new funding for cutting-edge projects worldwide. In this session, learn about some of this newly funded research spanning AI, neuroprotection, immune response, early detection, and novel therapies.
